OUR COMPANY:

OrthoSource was founded 20 years ago by Dr. Lloyd R. Taylor, an Orthodontist, Oral Surgeon and Chemist, to provide quality orthodontic products at reasonable prices. We have continued to introduce new and unique products.

OrthoSource now produces a comprehensive line of orthodontic products in our factory in Los Angeles. In addition, we have separate catalogs for chemicals and restorative materials used by General Dentists and specialty products for Oral Surgeons and Periodontists. We are proud of our quality, service, and always the most competitive pricing in the world.

Orders can be placed here via the online shopping cart, by phone (800) 826-7846, fax (818) 982-9501 and e-mail (orthosource@aol.com).  You may also visit www.orthosourceonline.com, where you can view and print our most current Catalogs in full color.

Orders received by noon Pacific Standard Time may be shipped the same day.

Products can be shipped by Federal Express One, Two, or Three Day Service or by UPS Ground.

We provide technical support for all our products.

RETURN POLICY:

Custom manufactured products such as pre-welded bands and all chemicals can not be returned. Other products may be returned for credit within 30 days of shipment with the following conditions:  
           (1) All returns require a Return Authorization Number which can be obtained by calling and must be clearly visible on the outside of the returned package

  (2) All prod­ucts must be in new and resellable condition and in the original packaging;

  (3) Returns must be shipped to us prepaid and insured;

  (4) OrthoSource's inspection, evaluation, and count of the returned items is final; and,

  (5) A restocking fee of 20% may be applied to your account.

OrthoSource products are only to be used by professional dentists in accordance with accepted practice standards.
OrthoSource is not responsi­ble for incidental or consequential damages resulting from improper use of products.
We reserve the right to change prices, products and packaging without advance notice and are not responsible for catalog errors.

PRIVACY POLICY:

We value your business and privacy and do not share any of your information with any 3rd parties.  Information entered into the shopping cart is used for credit card verification, shipping and billing purposes only.

FOREIGN SALES:

Prices contained herein are valid only for the United States of America.
OrthoSource products may be purchased in other countries from your local distributor whose pricing may differ.

"OFFLINE ORDERS" ALTERNATE TO PAYPAL:

We do NOT accept PAYPAL as we do not agree to their policies and terms.
We offer "offline ordering," which allows customers to place online orders without immediate payment.  We can then begin filling the order, but delay shipping until payment is received by either check or credit card number transmitted by email, phone or fax.
